Fluorescence Reference
Single-color Fluorescence Reference Standards for flow cytometry are labeled with the same common fluorophores that are used to label cells. They may be used to QC a specific path of the optical system, to optimize filter sets for specific tests (e.g. immunophenotyping, cell viability, cell cycle, etc), and as general compensation or intensity standards.
