It's winter in North America and with the cold weather upon us, we are taking precautions to ensure that your orders do not freeze while in transit to you. This includes not shipping on Fridays - to avoid freezing conditions over the weekend. (So please "bear" this in mind when placing an order - especially if you need it by a certain time.)

Our Customer and Technical Service departments are open Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST.

ORDERING

Orders may be placed via phone (317.570.7020 or 800.387.0672), fax (317.570.7034), website, or email (info@bangslabs.com). Please have billing and shipping information available. When placing online orders, a confirmation will be emailed to you by the next business day. If you have not received an order confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us. PAYMENT

Orders may be placed using a purchase order or credit card. Payment is expected within 30 days of the invoice date. Payment must be in US dollars by check (cheque) drawn on a US bank, or by wire transfer.  (Note that bank wire charges are the responsibility of the originator, not the receiving party.) International money orders and VISA / MASTERCARD are also accepted. If payment is made by credit card, the card number, expiration date, and name as printed on the card must be included. Prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING

Orders are typically shipped the day following receipt by Bangs.

Shipments will be made FCA, Fishers, IN; freight and insurance charges will be prepaid by Bangs and added to your invoice amount.  UPS is our preferred carrier for both domestic and international packages as prepay and add to the invoice. However, if you wish to bill your company account with UPS, FEDEX for domestic or International shipping, please provide your account at the time of placing the order. In addition, we do accept DHL collect accounts for international orders as well. Duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver. BLI agrees to cooperate with and assist you in the presentment of any claim for product damaged or lost in transit with the applicable insurance carrier.
