BioMag® Protein A & G

BioMag® particles with affinity binding proteins may be coated with the primary antibody or biotinylated molecule of interest through a straightforward incubation. They are also suitable for off-the-shelf use in applications, such as immunoprecipitation or PCR product clean-up.

BioMag® Secondary Ab

BioMag® secondary antibody particles are used extensively in the capture of immune complexes for immunoprecipitation and antibody-labeled cells for indirect cell separation. Secondary antibody coatings also afford a convenient method for binding specific primary antibodies to BioMag® particles.
