Viability and concentration determinations are integral to the cell culture technologies used in recombinant protein production and a wealth of research and diagnostic applications.  Methods for determining cell viability  and counts may rely on visible dye (trypan blue) exclusion and imaging using a hemocytometer or automated analyzer, or cell labeling with membrane-impermeable fluorescent dyes (propidium iodide, DAPI, Hoechst, LIVE/DEAD) with flow cytometric analysis.  We offer a range of products that support these methods and instruments, and invite you to contact us with any questions or additional needs.
