Flow cytometry is an important technology for conducting receptor occupancy assays in drug / biotherapeutic development, including free receptor, total receptor, bound receptor and receptor modulation formats. Our Quantum MESF and Quantum Simply Cellular kits permit the quantitation of cellular fluorescence, be it from fluorophore-tagged drug / biotherapeutic agent, noncompetitive antibody, or anti-drug antibody. Quantum kits are available in a broad range of fluorophores and anti-species antibodies for calibration of binding events in standardized MESF (Molecules of Equivalent Soluble Fluorochrome) or ABC (Antibody Binding Capacity) units.
