SNARe™ DNA Purification Systems

SNARe™ DNA Purification Systems offer rapid and economical methods for isolating DNA. The Purification Systems utilize SNARe™ DNA Separation Particles – high surface area, superparamagnetic particles with a mean diameter of ~1.5µm. Once bound, the stable DNA-particle complex may be washed to remove impurities and unwanted proteins. Upon elution, the clean DNA preparation is suitable for use in downstream applications, such as PCR, labeling, sequencing, transfection, and cloning.
